Who We Are

We are a peer-led support community for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide. Our group was created to provide a safe, understanding space where survivors can share their stories, be heard without judgment, and find connection during one of life’s most painful experiences.

Why We Exist

Grief after suicide is often complicated by shock, trauma, unanswered questions, and feelings that can be difficult to express elsewhere. Survivors may experience guilt, anger, confusion, or deep isolation. We exist because suicide loss is different—and because no one should have to walk this journey alone.

What We Offer

Our support groups provide a confidential, welcoming environment where participants may speak openly, listen quietly, or simply be present.Through shared experience and compassionate listening, we offer connection, understanding, and a sense of belonging to those navigating suicide loss.

Our Values

We prioritize confidentiality and emotional safety, honoring every grief journey without judgment or pressure to heal. With compassion and empathy, we create a space where survivors can feel seen, supported, and understood.

Holding Space for Hope

While the pain of suicide loss may never fully disappear, many survivors discover that connection with others who understand can bring moments of comfort, meaning, and hope over time.

Who Is Welcome

Our group welcomes anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide—regardless of the relationship, the circumstances, or how much time has passed since the loss.

Our Facilitators

Our groups are facilitated by trained peers who are also survivors of suicide loss. We are committed to creating a respectful, supportive environment where every story is honored.
